1. About This Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of aethera, an AI platform that gives you access to frontier language models, custom AI agents, and multi-agent teams. By connecting your wallet and using aethera, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms over time - continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

2. Eligibility

To use aethera, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have a compatible crypto wallet (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet) on the Base network.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing AI platforms or connecting a crypto wallet is prohibited.

By connecting your wallet, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Creation

aethera uses wallet-based authentication. There is no email or password. Your wallet address is your identity on the platform.

• Connecting your wallet creates an account automatically.
• You may optionally link a Telegram account for access via the aethera bot.
• You are responsible for the security of your wallet. We cannot recover access if you lose your wallet credentials.
• You may not share your account or use automated methods to create multiple accounts.

4. Cost

aethera is free to use. There is no subscription, no plan to buy, no credits to purchase, and no payment method on file. We will never charge your wallet, and nothing on this site will ask you to approve a transaction.

• Every model, agent and team is available to every account at no cost.
• Your wallet is used to sign in and to identify your account. It is not used to pay.
• We may introduce paid features in future. If we ever do, it will be opt-in and these terms will be updated first.
• Usage may be limited if it threatens the stability of the service for other people. See Acceptable Use below.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use aethera to:

• Generate illegal content, including but not limited to content that violates copyright, privacy, or laws against harassment.
• Attempt to manipulate AI models into bypassing safety guidelines or producing harmful outputs.
• Automate scraping of our platform or use bots to consume a disproportionate share of resources.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
• Impersonate other users, entities, or aethera itself.
• Use the platform to facilitate spam, phishing, or fraud.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Your conversations: You own the content you input into aethera. AI-generated responses are also yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.).

The platform: aethera - including the interface, code, design, branding, and infrastructure - is owned by us. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

AI models are provided by third-party model providers. We do not own those models. Their terms apply to the outputs they generate.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

aethera provides access to AI models. AI-generated content is not professional advice of any kind - legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions with serious real-world consequences.

• The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.
• We are not liable for losses caused by AI errors, model downtime, or unexpected outputs.
• We are not liable for losses caused by smart contract bugs, network failures, or blockchain issues.
• Our total liability to you, for any reason, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the incident.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to aethera at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Your usage poses a risk to the platform or other users.
• We are required to do so by law or regulation.

You may stop using aethera at any time. Since the service is free, there is nothing to cancel and no refund to claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may notify you via the platform. Continued use of aethera after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
